Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Houston Hardwoods has implemented a social distancing policy. We will keep these details up to date.

When we deliver, our truck drivers are instructed to do what they can do to help stop the spread of this virus. When the delivery order is large, the driver will unstrap and then direct you on how to help. When the delivery order is small, you can stay clear, and our driver will unload for you.

When arriving for your pick-up order, you can call us from your vehicle, and we will instruct you on where to drive through our new pick-up lane. You can stay in your car, and we will load and secure for travel.

Payment policy. We encourage all financial transactions to be with a credit card and be concluded before you arrange to pick up your material. We, of course, will help you through the process.

Storeroom access for the public. There will be no access to our building for browsing, selection of lumber, or even the restrooms. Do not visit Houston Hardwoods, unless our management has arranged an appointment.
